Running windows server 2019 WSUS it should be possible to manually inject selected updates. But normally you only get back an error status in the dialog. Adding this registry key somewhat fixes that problem.
reg add HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\.NETFramework\v4.0.30319 /V SchUseStrongCrypto /T REG_DWORD /D 1
